David Pavao is an actor and stand-up comedian. David moved to Los Angeles in 1989 after earning his B.A. in Theatre Arts from California State University San Bernardino. Since moving to L.A. David has appeared in many independent films, including; Interviewing Norman, The Call of the Cthulhu, and Long-Term Relationship. His greatest widescreen triumph to date is playing an alien in the cult classic, Galaxy Quest, opposite Alan Rickman (…David is the second alien to the left).

David’s first love is live theatre, having appeared in numerous, award winning plays and theatrical productions. Among David's favorites are; Power, Dockers (Garland Award: Best Ensemble), The Marriage of Bette & Boo, A Flea In Her Ear (Inland Theatre League Award: Best Actor), Bad Habits, It’s Only A Play, You Can’t Take It With You, Lysistrata, Stray Dog Story, Harvey, Red Noses, Henry IV - Part 1 and Pecker Patter.

David has studied improvisation with The Groundlings and is a company member of Theatre Banshee (www.theatrebanshee.org).
